Game7 was one of Web3's largest gaming DAOs with massive ambition but a 4-person design team that couldn't scale. They needed a design leader who could build the function from scratch, ship products across a complex ecosystem, and establish operations that would outlast any individual project. The challenge: grow from scrappy startup to professional operation while maintaining velocity, quality, and the ability to compete with traditional gaming studios.

The challenge was to make AI research outputs trustworthy and useful—not just information dumps. I needed a platform that could handle large-corpus retrieval, autonomous multi-step investigations, and human verification, all while maintaining structured knowledge across complex research domains.

Summon was Game7's community engagement vendor before becoming our acquired product. I served dual roles: first as stakeholder representing our 200K+ community's needs, then as design lead overseeing the product team post-acquisition. The platform evolved from solving Game7's internal engagement challenges to serving external clients including zkSync and dozens of Web3 game studios.

Game7 had a problem: our avatars looked good in static renders but couldn't move. No rigging meant no cinematic trailers, no in-game animations, no story-driven marketing. We were building a gaming ecosystem with characters that couldn't actually be used in games. The solution? Completely rebuild 14 hero characters to AAA standards, make them interoperable across thousands of games, and do it all on a $100K budget. No pressure.

Joined a 3-person project led by a former Ubisoft CTO to build a Web3 mod of WoW. As founding designer and interim Producer, I built the team, shipped the in game and web marketplace, helped recruited two veteran WoW directors from Blizzard, and delivered marketing creative that garnered 20K+ beta testers.
